These mechanisms include your metabolism, digestive system, detoxification and blood sugar levels. It’s a complicated internal system! No wonder it is a difficult task, it certainly is not as simple as calorie-in vs. calorie-out.
Slim and Trim Tea has been carefully formulated to support the internal mechanisms and help your body do what it needs to do. Every single herb in the formula plays a very important role. They help regulate blood sugar levels and cravings, support the digestive system to help your body metabolise fat more efficiently, digest food properly to lessen storage. And support the detoxification process. Phew!
Weight control is a long-term thing, consciously making healthy lifestyle choices will always be part of it. There are no quick fixes, and we certainly aren’t promising that with Slim and Trim Tea. However, if you do the good work up front, Slim and Trim will support your system in the background
Shake contents before opening.
Use 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
Take between meals to curb cravings, three times per day. For full therapeutic benefit take for three months, combined with healthy eating and exercise.
Filled by weight and contents may settle after filling. 30g = 30 doses.

Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis herba): A clinically proven herb to support healthy weight management and reduce weight. Helps to curb hunger and improve the feeling of satiety (feeling full), which reduces your desire to snack. Yerba Mate contains naturally occurring caffeine, theobromine and theophylline, which increase energy levels, boost metabolism and help to break down fat (lipolytic). It also contains saponins, which help to restrict cholesterol accumulation and absorption of dietary fat.
Apple Mint (Mentha spp. herba): Helps with the proper digestion of food, which limits overeating. It eases stomach upsets, gallbladder issues, flatulence and irritation in the stomach and bowls, problems often encountered in conjunction with weight issues.
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum cortex): Helps to balance blood sugar levels, reduce sweet cravings and evenly distribute energy throughout the day. Clinically proven to lower triglyceride and cholesterol levels. It supports healthy digestion and reduces bloating, indigestion and inflammation. Cinnamon is an aromatic and delicious, digestive spice.
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale radix): This medicinal plant is proven to inhibit the production of fat cells and reduce lipid and triglyceride deposits in the body. It enhances digestion and liver detoxification to expel toxins efficiently (toxins are stored in fat cells). It contains prebiotic fibre that improves the feeling of fullness after a meal and increases beneficial bacteria in the gut, which help to absorb essential micronutrients and displace bacteria implied in fat accumulation.
Nettle (Urtica dioica herba): Through its stimulating action on the kidneys and bladder, Nettle helps to ease water retention and cleanse the body of toxins and wastes. It provides an array of important vitamins and minerals which can reduce the desire to snack by providing the body what it really needs.
Olive leaf (Olea europaea herba): Olive leaf has been used in the Mediterranean diet for centuries and is known for its beneficial effects on the figure, heart, and longevity. Research confirms its ability to support healthy weight management by regulating blood sugar levels, cholesterol and blood pressure. The major phenolic compound oleuropein helps to reduce the absorption of carbohydrates in the gut.
