How do you use NICORETTE Gum?
To make sure you get the most from NEW NICORETTE Icy Mint Gum you should use the correct chewing technique. Follow the chew-park-chew method.
* Chew gum slowly until taste becomes strong
* Rest gum between gum and cheek
* Chew gum again when taste has faded.

NICORETTE Regular Strength Gum Weaning Programme
Step 1 - 4-6 pieces of gum per day (12 weeks)
Step 2 - 2-3 pieces of gum per day (2 weeks)
Step 3 - 1-2 pieces of gum per day gradually reducing to zero (2 weeks)

Step 1 - 4-6 pieces of gum per day (12 weeks)
