Solgar One-A-Day GLA provides high strength GLA, a vital fatty acid from cold pressed borage oil. One Super GLA capsule provides equivalent GLA to three standard Evening Primrose oil capsules. GLA provides support for women's hormonal balance, breast and premenstrual health and is also used for dry eyes and skin.
