Directions for use:

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily for magnesium supplementation. Take 2 tablets daily for the relief of stress, muscle cramps and spasms, premenstrual symptoms and cellular energy production or as directed by your healthcare professional.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Meta Mag is a patented proprietary form of Magnesium.

Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.

No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, corn, cereals, eggs, nuts, starches, yeast, and salt.
